What do the two drawings show?

The first one is smug. She sits on the floor with one knee pulled up and a hand resting on it, leaning back on the other hand. Very long, very pale blonde hair, a grey V-neck jumper, a green striped tie, black thigh-high socks and black nail polish. Her black robe has slid off one shoulder to show the green lining. Her eyes are half shut under heavy lashes and she is smiling with her mouth closed, like she already knows how this goes.

The second one is the same girl losing. Her hair is a mess, with strands sticking up and falling across her face. Her eyes are huge and wet, there are tears on her cheeks, her face is flushed red and her mouth is open mid-word. The robe and jumper are gone, down to a pale shirt and a loosened tie.

The caption is five words: “If malfoy was a girl”.

Why does it matter for Malfoid?

Put the two drawings side by side and you have the formula the 2026 artists used: sneer first, fall apart second. Grizz posted it on March 10, 2024, two and a half years before @redteneri’s first Malfoid drawing on September 22, 2026. For most of that time it was the girl Draco people on X knew, and there was no short name for her yet.

It also looks different from what came later. There are no hoop earrings, the hair is closer to ash than gold, and the black nails and heavy lashes give it a goth edge. The second panel is not a cute blush either. It is a full meltdown, which is the funnier choice, because the smug panel has set her up so well.

How did it end up in the Malfoid trend?

Grizz did not set out to start anything. When the trend took off in late September 2026, people went back through older girl Dracos and this post got shared again, in Japan as well as in English. As of October 10 it sits at about 96,000 likes, and it is the only 2024 post in our fan art gallery, next to drawings made two and a half years later.
